1General Terms & Applicability

Welcome to Keikiya. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Keikiya platform and all its services. By visiting the Keikiya website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are agreeing to these terms in full.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version will take precedence. Keikiya reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and members will be informed of any changes.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to create an account with Keikiya:

• You must be at least 18 years must be.
• Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration — including your name, address, and date of birth.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may be required.

Keikiya reserves the right to close any account registered with false information and forfeit all funds held in that account. To update any account details, please contact our support team.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

The following rules apply when making deposits on Keikiya:

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits via mobile banking, bank transfer, or approved e-wallets are accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or credit cards are strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successful, funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion charges may apply.

4Withdrawals & Fund Transfers

Before making a withdrawal from Keikiya, please take note of the following:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the verified payment method used for the original deposit.
• If a bonus has been claimed, withdrawals will not be permitted until the required wagering has been completed.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.

• If the same person creates multiple accounts to claim bonuses, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Any bonus claimed using a VPN or proxy will be considered void.
• A bonus may only apply to specific games or betting markets.
• If wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6Betting Rules & Wagering

The following rules apply when placing bets on Keikiya:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except via the cash-out option.
• If a match has a technical issue or erroneous odds, the bet in question may be voided.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment the bet is placed will apply.
• In an accumulator bet with multiple selections, if one bet is voided, the overall bet may be affected.

Decisions made by Keikiya's resolution team are considered final. For any betting disputes, please contact our support team.

7Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Keikiya:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward the support team or other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Registering under another person's identity or using a false identity.

8Privacy & Personal Information

Keikiya is committed to protecting your personal information. The data we collect is used solely to deliver our services, ensure security, and meet legal obligations.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

10Account Closure & Suspension

• Decisions made by Keikiya's resolution team are generally final.
• Disputes relating to live betting must be raised within 72 hours of the event.

If a matter cannot be resolved with the support team, it may be escalated to Keikiya's licensing authority.

12Terms Changes & Updates

Keikiya reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.
